I'm Morgan, a student, teacher and lover of all things movement. I believe everyone deserves to experience movement that is comfortable, freeing and joyful. Overcoming my own debilitating neck injury, I learned that whether we move with pain or with pleasure dictates our sense of health and wellbeing. I teach in order to address the most common movement patterns that cause my students limitation and discomfort so they can move with freedom, ease and joy.

In this time of stress, it is my goal to provide calm and community with my classes, not stress and guilt.
